Giving CBD to Your Pet

Now that you’re familiar with the benefits of CBD for animals, it’s time to break down how to give it to your pet. There are many different methods when it comes to administering CBD to your furry friend.

1.) Direct Oral Application

The simplest method is to use a dropper to deliver the CBD right into your pets mouth. Make sure to measure carefully and calculate the appropriate amount for your pet in accordance with their size.

2.) Mix with Pet Food

If your pet is resistant to taking the CBD directly, then it may be a good idea to try mixing the CBD in with their food. Wet food is a great choice for mixing with CBD. Let the CBD sit for a little while after mixing before you serve it.

3.) Offer the CBD in the Form of a Treat

In order to use this method, just apply the appropriate amount of CBD drops onto the type of treat you give your pet and allow a few minutes to pace for absorption to occur. Once that’s done with you can feed it to them as you would normally.

Good luck!
